Direct Flight to Juphal airport

Direct flight from Kathmandu to Dolpo (Juphal airport) has been initiated by Wild Yak Travels and Tours which is sister company of trekking agency Explore Dolpo Treks and Expeditions. This direct flight was imitated from 2019 and it still in run.
Before direct flights passenger from Dolpo as well as from Kathmandu has make land at Nepalgunj and spend a night there for no reasons. Which was time consuming. It was difficult especially for Dolpo people who live in high altitude and used to cold weather. Suddenly, from mountain to you have land Terai which is very hot for them. Sometimes due to bad weather they had stop there for a week.
Similarly, there has been history of nepotism in flights in Juphal. People in power and nears gets tickets but innocent locals were compelled to wait there a weeks for a ticket.
So, our company has initiated direct flight with collaboration with Summit Air which is also known as Wings of Everest. Since, the direct flights it has been a lot easier for all the passenger especially for the locals. The tickets cost Rs. 11000 which very reasonable. We had been getting many good feedbacks and the demands are increasing day by day.
This initiation has bought Dolpo very close to Kathmandu the capital city of Nepal. With an hour of flight you reach Dolpo. Before it takes at least 2 days to reach Dolpo. It has been lot easier for local people for us.
